Typical day on retreat
8 - 10 am Meditation and Mandala vinyasa yoga flow based on one of the four elements - Fire, Water, Air or Earth
10.30am Delicious and healthy brunch prepared by the private chefs.
11.30 - 4.30pm Time to relax by one of the pools, wander to the beach or find a shady spot in the garden to read. Massages can be pre booked too. Light lunch/ Fresh Juice/ Superfood snacks will be available in the villa.
4.30pm - 5.30pm Yoga Nidra (guided meditation)
5.45- 7.15pm Workshop/Yin yoga (themes will vary daily)
7.45pm Three courses of fresh and nutritious food prepared and served by our fab chefs Tracy and Kate.
Three sessions of yoga/meditation a day
Use of mats, bolsters, blocks and belts
Brunch, dinner, snacks, fruit, all soft drinks, tea, fresh coffee and fresh orange juice
