A blissful Vncyoga day retreat

A blissful day of Yoga and Meditation held in the stunning St Katharines Parmoor, Frieth.

 

A quiet day to re-charge and re-energise your body, mind and spirit.

There will be two yoga classes that will include pranayama (breathing techniques) and also a yoga nidra (guided meditation) . 

All levels of experience, flexibility and fitness welcome.

Time – 10am - 3.30pm

Cost - £85

 

incl. all yoga, a light vegetarian lunch, superfood snacks and freshly made juice.  Teas, coffee and water will be available throughout the day.

What to expect on your retreat day at St Katherines...

10 -10.30am

You are welcome to arrive early for a cup of tea or coffee and a wander around the peaceful grounds.

10.30- 12.30

We begin with a luxuriously long session of mandala vinyasa yoga, breathing and a relaxation.  Mandala is a mix of yin and yang so there will be slow floor based poses to start, slow flowing salutations and then a little more yin to take you into the guided relaxation

12.30-1.30

Lunch - Freshly prepared vegetarian lunch made with locally sourced produce​. All dietary requirements can be catered for.

1.30-2.15

Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) this is an incredibly restorative and healing practice, drift off into the dreamy state of consciousness which is 'yoga nidra' yogic sleep.

2.15-2.30

Break - Time for tea and homemade raw chocolate treats

Yin yoga - Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice. A wonderful way to increase range of motion in the joints of the body, make space in the hips, hamstrings and release tension from the neck and shoulders.
